The Clansman Canon is used to blast castings from gatings up to 400 mm in diameter. It can be mounted on a crane hook, operated by a man or computer system - or for maximum flexibility mounted on a Clansman Manipulator. Users of impact hammers are satisfied with the function but not the reliability of hammers. Competitors' hammers disintegrate during use, particularly when mounted on a manipulator.

Clansman Dynamics apply the same demanding design criteria to our range of impact hammers as to our Manipulators. A single piece forged impact head is the logical way to avoid problems with either welds or bolts becoming loose.

Each Clansman Canon is supplied complete with hook attachment point, shock absorber mounted operator handles, pneumatic valve and trigger, and connector for 6 BAR (90 psi) air.

Clansman canon hammers can be deployed on Clansman manipulators for maximum maneouvrability, and integrated with Clansman grippers and powerbreakers for flexible use.
